The King Athletic Apparel was founded by me in 2017. The brand originated in Charleston, SC as a small, inclusive t-shirt printing shop for South Carolina’s premier drag performance artists. Since then, the brand has migrated back to my hometown of Charlotte, NC. Over the years, The King Athletic Apparel has grown to include ready-to-wear, handmade, slow-fashion pieces and accessories while specializing in one-of-a-kind couture garments for performance artists.
